for the sale and use of services, activities, and vouchers via the MyPOS payment system

All of our services, activities, and vouchers, as defined in these Terms and Conditions, are distributed via the MyPOS system, accessible through our website.

Services (Rentals, Lessons, Tours, Events)

The amount paid for services such as SUP rental, lessons, tours, and events is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
A full refund is granted for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

Vouchers

Vouchers purchased through MyPOS are valid until September 30, 2025, the end of the season. They are non-refundable and non-returnable.
They can only be used for the services specified in the voucher.

Bad Weather

In case of bad weather preventing the activity, a new date will be offered or a voucher of equal value issued.
If neither option is possible, a refund will be issued.
