Practicing SUP yoga is an excellent stability exercise that provides continuous training to strengthen the whole body.
Surrounded by the positive energy of the water element we will relax our mind by toning the deepest muscles.
The board becomes your mat and your floor is the entire surface of the lake.
You can perform Asana on the beautiful background of the Rocca di Manerba, challenging your strength and balance. The lessons conclude with relaxation in Savasana, with the warmth of the setting sun and the fresh breeze of the lake will caress your skin.

For the new members there is a membership fee of € 5. Registration to ASI is mandatory and includes the insurance necessary to carry out the activities.
