Practicing SUP yoga is an excellent stability exercise that provides continuous training to strengthen the whole body.
Surrounded by the positive energy of the water element we will relax our mind by toning the deepest muscles.
The board becomes your mat and your floor is the entire surface of the lake.
You can perform Asana on the beautiful background of the Rocca di Manerba, challenging your strength and balance. The lessons conclude with relaxation in Savasana, with the warmth of the setting sun and the fresh breeze of the lake will caress your skin.

SUP Sunrise + YOGA CLASS
We will take you on an exciting tour starting from Pisenze beach, than we will reach San Biagio island for a yoga class (focus on pranayama, meditation and sun salutations). After the class we will go back to the school for a breakfast on the beach offered by Supgarda!

Supplied equipment includes board with safety leash, paddle, life jacket and wetsuit (neoprene).
For new members a membership card is required (cost €5) by registering with ASI (sport institution).
This inscription includes the insurance necessary to carry out the activities.
