Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Vouchers

• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• They are valid until September 30, 2025 and can only be used for the indicated services.

Bad Weather or Exceptional Circumstances

• In case of bad weather or exceptional circumstances preventing the activity, a new date will be offered or a voucher will be issued.
• Only if neither solution is possible, a refund will be granted.
